In the heart of France, you will find our estate at 850 km from Utrecht via the A71 (Orléans – Clermont-Ferrand).
Alternative route
An alternative route to avoid traffic between Paris and Orléans is to, after passing Charles de Gaulle Airport, follow the direction of La Vallée de Marne/Eurodisney. This is the A104, also known as the “Francilienne”.
This turns into the N104, and at the end you take the A6 towards Nemours/Auxerre.
There, after Nemours, you can take the exit onto the A77 towards Montargis/Nevers. Beyond Nevers, the motorway ends and you follow the N7 towards Moulins.
After Moulins, take the N79 towards Montmarault/Montluçon.
Once you arrive in Montmarault, follow the directions above.
Advantage:
less traffic and lower toll costs for the Autoroute.
Disadvantage: less motorway; from Nevers (about 100 km remaining), most of the route is single carriageway (two-lane road).
