About us

In October 2013, we moved to France. To a dream life in which everything we love came together: our love for France, the nature of the Allier (Auvergne) with its peace and space, the animals, the people, the simple rural life with a degree of self-sufficiency, and—last but not least—our passion for cooking with good, pure ingredients from the land.
Domaine La Charvière is a beautiful Bourbonnaise farmhouse dating from 1800, set on 5 hectares of land with a “camping à la ferme,” swimming pool, 2 gîtes, chambres d’hôtes, a wood-fired sauna, and a large terrace with free WiFi, where we regularly serve, among other things, freshly baked pizzas from our wood oven.

La vie en pleine campagne, in other words pampering our guests with all the best that rural French life has to offer. Our farmhouse, set in the middle of the beautiful green landscape of the Bourbonnais, is therefore buzzing with life.
